At Lounge, we want you to feel confident in your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure that intimate apparel is tried on over your own clothing to remain eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to guarantee a successful processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is confirmed via email.
